Our Story

Rectors and Church Wardens of Mildura, Merbein and Red Cliffs were called to a meeting on 18 Feb 1970, by the Bishop-in-Council to discuss the realignment of parish boundaries and responsibilities. One result is that the Red Cliffs Minister's Fraternal in conjunction with Pastor Ken Fingers of the Mildura Church of Christ, are to conduct services each Sunday evening at 7.30pm in the Methodist Camp Chapel at Nangiloc. The first service under this plan was conducted by Rev Clive Beatty on Sunday 15th Feb and over 30 people from various denominations attended.
St Joseph's Catholic Church had a serious fire on Sunday Jan 23rd, 1977. St Mark's Rector was able to lend them some of their coloured Eucharistic vestments till they are able to replace those burnt. Pray for the man who lit the fire. Father Aldo is to take a service for us at Nangiloc once every 6 weeks, for a trial period.
